Each author may submit ONLY ONE paper to the EEA Congress and ONLY ONE paper to ESEM. The same paper may NOT be submitted to BOTH the EEA Congress and to ESEM.  At least one co-author must be a member of the corresponding Association or Society. Authors may join the European Economic Association through the website http://www.eeassoc.org/members/new_member_registration.asp and the Econometric Society through the website http://www.econometricsociety.org/memb.asp.
