WebMeets.com cooperate in exchanging participant IDENT numbers with the local organisers to ensure that programme chairmen have updated information on which participants have registered when they are finalising sessions. It is expected that the final programme will be completed in late June or early July. At that time, you will receive email notification of your session assignment. You will also be able to view these details via the About You link. Additionally,  the About You link will enable you to customize your programme view to include only those papers and/or sessions which interest you in particular.
