Presentations in the EEA Congress will be in two forms: Contributed Sessions (CS) and Poster Sessions (PS). The same scientific standards will be applied for the selection of papers in both CS and PS, and acceptance in either CS or PS does not reflect any quality ranking. Authors can express their preferences for presenting in either CS and PS, if they wish. However, such preferences will not be binding, and the final allocation of papers will be mainly determined by programme considerations.

The EEA wishes to promote Poster Sessions as a new vehicle of diffusion of ideas and debate in the Congress. For this reason, Poster Sessions will be arranged in highly visible places in the Congress Venue, and in times of expected high attendance. We invite both young and established authors to support this experiment. Poster Session presentations may also be nominated for the Young Economist Award. When submitting to EEA, you will be asked to specify whether you want to submit to a traditional contributed session, a poster session, or whether you have no preference.
